This web uploader can accept up a 2gb file we can make this larger by request. We also have FTP options available.
Read our FAQ first.
We have found the typical minimum to be 150 and the best to be 300dpi. Depending on your goals even lower than 150dpi has worked.
We can take almost any type of file. Our print software can print all the standard formats. PDF. TIFF. JPG. EPS etc. But it call also print Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop PSD files without our staff doing any conversion work. For our in house best practices we will break down the file type into two categories: Rasters vs Vectors.
Most predictable results are a flattend TIFF image saved with ZIP compression and an embedded ICC profile such as CMYK WEB SWOP V2.
This may produce a decently large sized file, but if your computer can produce it our machines can print it. TIFF files are limited to 4gb, but with enabled ZIP image compression the end user can cram significantly more data. (LZW works good too, but zip is better) Make sure your DPI and image dimensions match the banner you purchased.
A PDF file saved in with a CMYK ICC profile.
Flattening transparencies is not needed. Make sure your artboard is scaled to the size of the banner you ordered. Our software uses the art board as the banner dimensions, please scale your artboard accordingly. We cannot unprintable artwork.
We can handle more image types but for a competent graphics user they should be able to produce these files with ease. We are going to make web howtos for users who want to make it simple as possible to get betters created with a predictable result.

We genuinely want to print all your artwork no matter what! Sometimes we get artwork that is just really difficult. We fully understand not all our customers are full time graphics users. Some graphics users fail to realize that a file that will work on a screen may not be good for print. (Hint: prepare your Canvas DPI and/ or Artboard to the size of the print you intend to make) Or the toughest is someone designed a 3x8ft banner on an iPhone and its 3inches by 8 inches and not scalable after the customer spent ours on their phone and needed the print the next day!!!!! These situations can be common! We will try our best to make the most of it, but bear with us if we give you a phone call and tell you the artwork is not print ready. Basically if all your artwork needs a quick band aid such as a vector resize or a simple flattening we will fix it after we get your permission, but if your artwork is in bad shape we will have to cancel the order until you can get it fixed or work something out with our in house graphics team. And yes we design as well.
Again we want to print your work!!! But we also want to deliver a good product and it would not be proper to just print any bad file just to get the money. We want your repeat and long term business!.
You can open a support ticket at using firstname.lastname@example.org and we can create a ticket for you. We will have instructions on how to submit the file for us to review.
